The law firm Advokatfirmaet Jerry Osbak was established on 1 January 1975.

The attorney Jerry Osbak did ground-breaking work in the late ’70s to liberalize the conservative and firm rules of collegial competition among lawyers.

Attorney Jerry Osbak worked for free competition with the right to announce prices and compete on price in the legal business. The result was self evident. The law firm experienced explosive growth in new clients, which forced the firm to increase three-fold in 3 years.
